Botanical info: 

Rocket is an annual herb that typically grows  20 to 100 cm in height. The basal rosette of leaves sprouts during late winter to early spring in disturbed habitats, fields, and meadows. It is native to southwestern Europe, the Mediterranean region and northern Africa. Flowering  from early spring to late summer.

Other uses: 

Rocket is full of antioxidants and has glucosinolates. These natural substances, which give rocket its bitter taste and strong scent, may be considered against breast, prostate, lung, and colon cancers. Rocket may also fight inflammation. It has ample vitamin K, which is good for the bones and may help prevent osteoporosis.
